In the professional arena, your star is about to rise, assuming you're willing to put in the extra work and long hours that real success sometimes mandates. Though you will be busy at work, this will be a good thing as it will give you incentive to learn ways of doing things faster and more efficiently. You will almost certainly see your productivity improving now, especially during the opening weeks of the month. Added to this increased work load, you will find your relationships with colleagues and coworkers improve and become more dynamic. Things are best kept out in the open with coworkers at this time, but should any disputes arise, you should do what you can to accommodate the needs of others. There is no shame in admitting you need the entire team on your side to accomplish the tasks at hand.

You may find you get into more than a few disputes with coworkers over the particulars of a long-planned project. Make sure and give their ideas full consideration, but in the end you will have to trust your own judgment when it comes to the big picture. Small working points, many of which you may have no control over, could well throw so much dust in the air that it becomes difficult to keep your eye on the greater prize, but you're going to have to do just that if you want to see things through to a successful and lucrative conclusion.

Likewise, you many find you have to be a bit more accommodating of your employer's or your client's needs and desires. You have your own ways of doing things and can see quite clearly your ultimate goals. However, your goals may not be those of the person picking up the tab; you will have to adjust your attitude, at least slightly, if you hope to garner the support and approval you need now. If you play your cards right, you could be looking at a promotion in the near future. Now is not the time to try to stare down those higher up the corporate ladder.

The first half of the month also should be given over to learning new things, either work-related or simply the gathering of knowledge about a subject you care deeply about. There is a complexity to your interests that requires a steady diet of new information. This is a good time to sate that appetite, even though that knowledge may be somewhat difficult for you to digest.

You'll likely be sticking close to home this month, with little or no travel on your personal or work agenda. Many problems will be resolved during the second half of the month.
