February 2020 Monthly Horoscope for Cancer

One month in and you've already had a busy year, Cancer. It's been a little chaotic and crazy so we have some good news: things should somewhat settle down for you in February. We say вЂsomewhat' because, while they'll have all appearances of being a bit more calm, more activity will be brewing under the surface and you'll be in a fine spot to take advantage of it. Capricorn is getting a very large house guest around the 16th and that's the red devil himself: Mars. Why does this matter to you? Because all of the zodiac signs are going to get some stimulation from this activity and they're going to mean lots of ideas will be pouring out of you. You're going to be a lightning rod of ideas. Note that that doesn't necessarily mean that they'll all be good ideas. At this stage, it doesn't matter. You're going to make it a point - especially from the 16th on - to record EVERY idea you have and keep a running record of them.

The new moon on the 7th of the month is going to give you that added boost you need for the months to come. You've encountered new moons before, so what makes this one special? It's crossing over a number of houses - a sort of cut across the fields disrupting ley lines and other forces. Like Andromeda storming across the sky, this moon is going to really mess things up. That's a beautiful thing, though, and something you can harness for good, Cancer. It's like the moon is tilling a giant field, digging up healthy dirt to bring it to the surface so planting can begin. That's exactly what you're going to be doing for the rest of this year, so don't be afraid to get your hands dirty. Everyone around you is going to be disrupted and shaken up, not knowing what to do. Not you, Cancer. You're going to see this as the perfect opportunity for your garden to grow.

Keep a close eye on your health, fitness, and well being this month, especially around the second week of February. This is a good time to take stock and really take a hard look at how your body is feeling. We're all getting older and that can take a toll, but don't chalk up the usual aches and pains to this. If there's anything that seems amiss, get yourself checked out right away. Particularly during this time of year, you need to take extra good care of yourself. Get some rest, eat well, bundle up, and use this week to make sure you're getting your meditation into center yourself and quiet that stress.

Your loved ones are very eager to be there for you and offer whatever support they can. This is the perfect month for you to listen to them and let them help. Maybe they've been trying to reach you for a while? On or around the 9th of the month, you're going to be approached by a friend or family member who really wants to be a part of your life, maybe for the first time to this degree. You should let them, even if you're apprehensive. You don't have to sign your life away to them, but give them the benefit of your time. Maybe schedule a regular coffee time with them to hear what they're about and for you to say what's going on with you. This is the perfect opportunity for a new or renewed connection that could blossom into a fantastic force in your life.

February is the time for you to take a moment and catch your breath, Cancer, but don't take that to mean you're going to get lazy on us. You're regrouping so that you're ready to do the work you're tasked with doing this year: the work of making yourself the best person you can be. You're already on the right track with it, so all the more reason to not stop and keep yourself moving. The universe is rooting for you. Treat yourself right and get back on that horse.
