Void
Void in Astrology is the term used to describe a celestial body that forms no additional aspect during the period following entry into a sign. If before changing into the next sign its direction is at the same angle the planet will be regarded as Void. This is commonly seen with the Moon's phases. When this is seen during the asking of an Horary Astrology question it may be an indication that nothing will arise from the matter discussed. To avoid being classed as Void-of-course a planet has to begin making another aspect before it actually leaves the sign to become instantly fully separated and so not described and analyzed as Void.
