Sharon Stone

Born in Meadvill, Pennsylvania on March 10, 1958 Sharon Yvonne Stone was a beauty pageant winner, Ford model and McDonald's counter girl. In 1980 she was in the film Stardust Memories and the first speaking part was in Deadly Blessing in 1981. She struggled through King Solomon's Mines in 1985 and Action Jackson in 1988. She play against Arnold Schwarzenegger in Total Recall in 1990 and posed nude for Playboy.
Her breakthrough roles was in Basic Instinct in 19982 and she won a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress. She was a victim in Sliver in 1993 and with Sylvester Stallone in The Specialist. Sharon played in the Western The Quick and the Dead in 1995. Sharon played a trophy wife of Robert De Niro in in Casino in 1995 and received an Oscar nomination. After Casino she played in Diabolique in 1996 and Last Dance in 1996. Sharon was in Sphere in 1998 and received a Golden Globe nomination for the Mighty in 1998. She received another Golden Globe nomination for her role in The Muse in 1999.
Sharon is currently in Fading Gigolo. Sharon was married to Michael Green burg from 1984 until 1987 when they divorced. She married Phil Bronstein in 1998 and they divorced in 2004. They have three children.
