David Hasselhoff

David Michael Hasselhoff was born in Baltimore Maryland on July 17, 1952. When he was seven he took singing, dancing and acting lessons. He was shy off stage but when he was on stage he was very active. When he was in California he played in The Young and the Restless in 1973 and he was off and running.
Hasselhoff began his singing career with Jack White a composer and record producer. Net Hasselhoff stared as Mitch Buchannan in the series Baywatch 1989 and Baywatch Night in1995. He also continues singing. His charity Race for Life works with terminally ill and handicapped children.
Hasselhoff was also known to television views as Michael Knight on Knight Rider in 1982. He won a people's choice award for the most popular actor and Knight Rider was a huge success. He also sang and produced nine record albums and was on the number one spot on the German charts for eight weeks.
Hasselhoff completed work on an epic miniseries Shaka Zulu in 1986 which was shot on location in Morocco. He is also an outdoor sport enthusiast and hikes, white water rafts, and scuba dives. He has parachuted with the U.S. Army Parachute Demonstration Team and the Gold Knights.
Hasselhoff was married to Catherine Hickland form 1984 until March 1989 and Pamela Bach from 1989 to 2006. They have two children.
