Ralph Fiennes

Born in Ipswich, Suffolk, UK on December 22, 1962 Ralph Twisleton Wykeham Fiennes is an actor who has received two Academy Award nominations as well as a Golden Globe nomination and a BAFTA Award for Schindler's List (1993). He also garnered best actor nomination for The English Patient (1996).
Fiennes has also received awards nominations for the Reader (2008), The Hurt Locker (2008), The Good Thief (2002), and Maid in Manhattan (2002). Fiennes lent his vice to The Prince of Egypt (1998) and was the dark hero in Wuthering Heights (1992). He is currently vilified as being the evil Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter film franchise. Fiennes has also directed films and can be seen in Skyfall (2012) the latest Bond film.
Fiennes is most known for his mellifluous voice as well as his portrayal of sadistic villains or people with mysterious pasts. He is ranked #34 in Empire (UK) Magazine's The Top 100 Movie Stars of All time and has played Hamlet on Broadway which won him a Tony Award. In March of 2001 Fiennes received the William Shakespeare Award in Washington DC along with Lynn Redgrave and Kenneth Branagh.
Fiennes loves professional wrestling and rapper Jay-Z. For his part in Red Dragon (2002), Fiennes gained several pounds of muscle and the tattoo in Red Dragon took eight hours to apply.
