Wesley Snipes

Wesley Trent Snipes was born July 31, 1962 in Orlando Florida. He is an American actor and started his career by attending the High School for the Performing Arts. Snipes appeared in local dinner theaters and regional productions in Florida and in 1986 had his first role in Wildcats. Snipes generally plays tough but good guy roles similar to New Jack City (1991) and Passenger 57 (1992).
Snipes graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1985 from a college in Florida. He has a fifth degree black belt in Shotokan karate. Snipes is a proponent and practices Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art form. His apartment was destroyed by the collapse of the World Trade Center's Twin Tower o 9/11 and if he had been home, he would have been killed. He owns more than 1000 LPS and 4000 CDs and has been ranked the tenth most popular movie star by the Annual Harris Poll in 1999.
In 2006 Snipes was indicted on eight counts of tax fraud and was sentenced to three years imprisonment. He was released in July 2013.
Snipe is very athletic and often does his own stunts. The Blade trilogy has made Snipes a multi-m9llionaire. For only one of the Blade Movies he received $13 million dollars.
In 1985 he married April DuBois and they have one child. He is currently married to Nikki Park and they have four children.
