The combination Tsa Pa is also known as “Mind Emptiness.” This does not mean that you are ignorant or incapable of intelligent thought, however, your thoughts are a bit scattered right now. There is a reason why yet another name for this combination is “a piece of paper blown by the wind.” It may seem as if everything in your life is slipping out of control, as if a persistent breeze has blown them all away. You will not find much success in your goals because you find it hard to hold steady intentions in your mind. You are buffeted by doubts and distractions. Wealth slips through your fingers as well, and you find yourself increasingly isolated from your friends and support network.

Just like the vagaries of fate can quickly turn good luck sour, so bad luck can turn good again. However, you can do more than just wait for fate to favor you. Now is a good time to examine why you were able to fall apart so easily and how you can pull yourself back together. Were your plans built on solid ground, or on illusions about your life that you have not dispelled? Perhaps this has been the spirits’ way of showing you that you’ve been too rigid in your planning, too ignorant of the world around you. When you are forced to adjust your plans to daily changes, you learn flexibility and balance, skills that serve you well as you flow through life. This is by no means a pleasant time and you do not have to force yourself to feel positively about it, but you can still learn valuable lessons even when it seems as if you are not progressing.

Another way to bear this burden until this difficult time passes is to devote yourself to spiritual manners. Calm your spirit with meditation and reciting sutras, and soon you will find that your thoughts are yours to gather again.
