Rise by lifting others
Kindness can bring you the help you need. Be thoughtful to every person who comes along your way this time even strangers offer some wisdom for your question.
Answers are hidden where you might not think to look. A wise word from the mouth of a stranger might trigger an epiphany within you, a chance encounter might lead to blessings you don’t yet recognize.
Make sure to turn the full force of your attention towards everyone around you as you move through the world. Where before you might have walked through the streets focused on yourself or on your own temporary distractions, take time to enjoy the world and above all, interact with the people in it. Give a little back, if you can.
You never know where you might find the answers that you seek, but that is not the only reason to treat each person with the full attention that they deserve by virtue of their personhood. Remembering your own connected nature with the universe will only increase your confidence that its blessings are coming to you.
Prediction on the level of Spiritual perception
Opening yourself up to the world allows you to open yourself up from within. Your spirit is no longer blocked by meanness or small-mindedness, it flows evenly through your body and between you and other people. This is the first step on the path towards enlightenment.
Make a conscious effort to appreciate all the ways that you are connected to others and to show that appreciation. This can be direct appreciation, such as a thank you for anyone who performed a service for you. You can also direct this appreciation inwards by letting go of your negative resentments towards others, especially those closest to you such as your parents.
By infusing kindness and awareness in your interactions with others, you will notice the same returned to you. Perhaps others are picking up on your energy and returning it, perhaps you are simply more attuned to the good around you now that you are making a conscious effort.
