Tropic of Capricorn

A "Small Circle" 23?°27' South of the Earth's Equator where the Sun reaches its highest declination South. This relates to the Sun's position at the Solstice. It is the same angular measurement as the earth's tilt to the plane of the Ecliptic. Named after the tropical sign of Capricorn, for incorrect reasons.
