Sometimes after around 30 to 40 minutes of meditation on a mantra i get hopelessly sleepy. not just a napping kind of feeling, but i have often gone into a really deep corpse like sleep for 5 or 6 hours if i have the time. i'm not sure at this point whether i should welcome this as a resting state or whether it is indeed a hindrance. i would tend to think the latter. anyone else get drowsy? if so do you break meditation for a few minutes and resume?
