Dream Dictionary Baby Birds

Baby birds are seen much differently from their adult counterparts. Their eyes are small and mostly blind to the sun and other things for a good long while. They do not even know what their mothers look like for some time, and because they grow in a nest that is far raised off the ground and do not yet know how to fly, they are always fed by their mothers. Embarrassingly enough, the mothers must chew the food for them and regurgitate it back into their mouths in order to feed them and must make several trips to get everything back and forth in their mouths.

In other words, a baby bird is a completely helpless creature. Therefore if you are consistently having dreams involving baby birds this may be because you too feel totally helpless. A baby bird does not have the ability to fly and is somewhat stranded. If the mother of a child bird were to die while it was still in its growing stages, the bird would never be able to learn how to fly unless it actually accidentally fell out of the nest at an extremely opportune time for it and was able to subsist somehow on its own food, but this is very unlikely.

Basically, you feel this way, as if your main method of survival has been taken from you such as losing your job or your money, and now you have nothing and no way to help yourself out of the situation that you're in. If your situation truly is hopeless then get busy trying to figure out an alternate route around in your life. If you are just crying over spilt milk, then try and pick yourself up by your bootstraps and don't just cry over nothing. Be realistic and stop feeling sorry for yourself because no one else is going to do it for you.

Another interpretation of dreaming of baby birds is not quite helplessness, but you feel as though you are totally new to a situation. Maybe you just moved to a new part of the neighborhood or maybe you just happened to find yourself in a situation that you couldn't quite back out of at work, being promoted into a job that you don't fully understand. You are going to have to pick up things from scratch and start learning some new trades soon or they may find that it is more effective to put you in a lower position, or fire you altogether. Spend your private time feeling sorry for yourself, but at work you need to realize that you need to get your priorities straight. This is one of the most important parts of working in an office environment or in any sort of professional setting. Know your place and start to know your subject too if you don't already.
