When you are disoriented or suffering from disorientation it means you are out of your element, you can't see everything around you as it should be seen and you can't focus correctly on the things that should be important to you.
If you have a dream in which you are disoriented then this dream has a similar meaning to a dream in which you see something distorted. Disorientation is usually used in one of two main ways. You could be disoriented in that you are dizzy and you literally are out of your orientation. Perhaps you have been spinning around a lot. As far as what this definition means to your life, it means that things are happening around you so quickly that you find it hard to keep track of all of them and it makes your life a whole lot more complex than you really want it to be. It can be hard to keep track of these changes especially as you age and as you get accustomed to a certain way of living life.
Another meaning of disorientation is that you feel like you have no idea where you are because you are not where you normally are or you have been taken out of the place where you usually spend most of your time. You are now in new surroundings and trying to find your bearings somewhere new can be really hard. If you have a dream where you are disoriented in this sense it means that you have been trying new things lately. This is a fantastic way to open up and see the world around you, but if the ultimate effect is a disorienting one rather than one of a great experience then this means you might want to reconsider your goals.

I had one of these dreams this morning, I was in a Sunset place with purples in the sky. I was with a friend and he said “come to my house” which in this place the house want in its usual spot I remember him saying they moved the school we have to go through this wooden path. The wooden path looked modern and at the end was reddish sand that’s when I have the feeling of drunkness and the dizziness I fell over next to a water hole and I realized this was a dream and snapped out of it back to reality

I've had two dreams of this type. In the first one, about a month ago, I was in my new residence but everything was turned around, like a mirror dimension. Some classmates and distant relatives were in a sort of meeting in my residence. When I went out, the streets were incredibly steep, I felt like I didn't know what happened around me, and when I tried to sleep inside my dream, I felt like, as soon as I closed my eyes, I faded away, a ticklish feeling in all my body, and for some reason, I was afraid of this ticklish sensation. I've never used real drugs apart from lean, but I can tell it was like something that you would see/feel when you get stoned.

I had a dream where I was outside/near my house when I was much younger and it felt like I couldnt walk correctly. Like being smashed w/o the feeling of drunkenness. idk if I am explaining that in the best way but it always perplexed me. Obviously to the point where I googled it like 16 years later. I am 21 currently.
